1) Screen blank, white, black please restart, or shut down and start again. If that doesn’t work, try to restore factory Settings or reboot the machine. If all else fails, return to the factory for repair

2) Screen touch shift or unable to touch, check whether there are foreign bodies on the screen, clean the screen; Try shutdown and restart, brush and other methods, if not, back to the factory for repair
