In this era full of challenges and opportunities, we are well aware that safety and health is the cornerstone of enterprise development. In order to further enhance the staff's emergency rescue ability and improve the team's efficiency in dealing with medical emergencies, we were fortunate to invite a team of professional doctors from Shenzhen Red Cross Emergency Medical Rescue Training Center in Bao'an District to hold a unique emergency medical rescue knowledge training in our company yesterday afternoon.

The training was personally taught by a senior instructor from the Baoan Red Cross Emergency Medical Rescue Training Center and covered a number of key first aid skills:

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR): to buy valuable rescue time for colleagues in cardiac arrest through chest compressions.

Heimlich Maneuver: To relieve airway obstruction quickly and effectively in choking situations.

AED Automated External Defibrillator (AED): the correct use of AED to provide timely electric shock treatment for patients with heart disease.

During the training, the teacher explained in detail the theoretical knowledge of each first-aid skill and analyzed it with practical cases, so that the staff could understand the importance of first-aid more deeply.

After the theoretical course, the staff carried out a dummy simulation operation under the guidance of the professional teacher, experiencing the whole process of first aid and the operation procedure of each first aid skill to ensure that they can act quickly and accurately in real situations.

Through this training, we have not only strengthened our staff's self-protection awareness, but also enhanced the team's mutual help spirit and cooperation ability. Every employee participating in the training will become a valuable “life guardian” of the company, ready to lend a helping hand in emergency situations.
